Trick or Treat? Goodbye October.
The Jack o Lanterns are shining brightly and everyone is dressed in an array of costumes, it can only mean that Halloween is here for another year. There’s something I always find quite spooky about this holiday season. I’m a strong believer in the after-life even though I’ve had no experience of it. But I guess that’s what this time of the year is all about.
There is...

It's the spookiest time of the year!
Hello to you all, firstly I must apologies for my lack of written posts recently, I’ve been quite busy what with all the Uni work but never fear, I’ve got something interesting for you today.
For those of you that aren’t aware, I study at The University of Lincoln, and Lincoln is apparently one of the most haunted cities in the UK. Now, because it’s getting very close to...

Abduction: Review
Finally I got to see Taylor Lautner’s new film Abduction on Wednesday. Here in Lincoln we only have one cinema, so £9 is the going rate, unless you’re an Orange customer and the price gets slashed in half on a Wednesday - Proud to be Orange. In total there was eight of us, including someone who physically cannot shut up (you know who you are).
Now, I’ve heard mixed reviews about...

University is the life for socialites.
Shoot me for rambling on about this too much, but why does time whiz by when I’m at University? For some reason I feel I can guarantee I’m not the only one who thinks this. Over Summer, you notice time spent outside your academic establishment is often slow and you have the ability to soak up every single second. Yet, as soon as you step foot on Uni soil it’s almost like time is...

Alan Carr... Spexy Beast!
On Thursday, I made a trip down to Nottingham to see Alan Carr’s brand new show ‘Spexy Beast’. It’s his first stand-up in five years but you wouldn’t have known that from the onset. The stage was set out in a simple way for most comedians with Alan’s name in bright neon pink lights. Would you really expect anything less?
I’m not going to spoil the show...

iPhone 4S - WANT... NEED.
Many of you will know that when it comes to Apple products I’m a little bit of an Apple-Geek. I waited nearly a year for the white iPhone 4 when I thought to myself: “The next iPhone will be out in just a few months time.” So what did I do? I waited. I just hope it was worth it, you know what they say, ‘absence makes the heart grow fonder’!
Just a few minutes ago,...

October it is.
I thought it’d be nice to let you all know what I’ve been getting up to over the past few days. Even though my blog is still being kept pretty active I still sometimes feel a little MIA, that’s university for you. It’s been a pretty busy week, there never seems to be a quiet day in Lincoln. We celebrated a birthday and had a pretty fabulous weekend and October has been...

Crazy, Stupid, Love...
Synopsis: A father’s life unravels while he deals with a marital crisis and tries to manage his relationship with his children.
In all fairness the synopsis doesn’t give this film justice at all! If you love to watch good films, have a little cry and erupt in fits of giggles this film is for you. Not only is the cast pretty awesome including Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone (who I now...
